So... Lake Placid, NY is one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen. Hands down. It's a gorgeous lake and resort town nestled in the mountains of upstate New York (also known as the Adirondacks). Everyone there is kayaking, hiking, biking or doing some other generally awesome physical activity... we were inspired to be healthier people while being there : )
When Richard and Allison invited us to photograph their mountain resort wedding, it took me about .2 seconds to think it over and say, "OF COURSE!" Photograph a precious couple in a beautiful place? Get out of Texas in July? Done done and done. You don't have to ask me twice. Allison and Rich - we can't say thank you enough for having us be a small part of your wedding weekend. The photo's are awesome and we really appreciate you coming all this way to do the pictures for Rich and Allison. I know they were really excited that you could do them. So glad that you enjoyed the venue, it truly is one of the most beautiful areas I know. Maybe you should come back in the winter brrrrrrr.........., we will take you skiing!
