I've known these two separately for years and now that they are together, they are two of the happiest people I know (they have always been happy but now it's multiplied by about 2,459 and they are disgustingly adorable together). Walker and I shared a glorious Waco summer together in 2008 while both in summer school at Baylor and got to be great friends. I know I say this a lot on my blog but it's just the truth: the sweetest kind of happiness is when you're happy for your friends. Walker and Katie: I am seriously happy for you. Love y'all. J

Linda Christine: Walker, I went to your Dad last week and he told me all about the wedding plans and of course I could not answer him with a mouth full as he cleaned my teeth. He is so excited about the upcoming wedding and after seeing the engagement pictures I too am excited for you and Katie...Katie is getting into one of the finest Aiken's family and I know she and her family are great also.
One of my fondest memories of you was at the Kalmia Mall and we had gone to vote and had our granddaughter with us in a stroller.She is now 16 so that tells the age you were then and you pushed her around the little voting area for us...Also you and your Dad cut and delivered Bamboo for me to use for a Garden Tour..Oh, small tour memories and the Talbert family is a tradition here
