Oh what a beautiful day yesterday was! Such sweet, special people made this day an incredible celebration and will be one wedding to be remembered.  This wedding helped remind me of why I love my job so much: I got to know some quality people, shoot sweet moments between family and eat great food and cake!  Becky and Lee- I couldn't be happier for the two of you... have a BLAST in Hawaii! This girl is AWESOME!  To say that Becky is "fun" is such an understatement -- she is hysterical, joyful, kind, generous and most definitely one of the most entertaining brides I have had the privilege to photograph.  We took Becky's bridals out by White Rock Lake and this first picture below is blown up to a 20 x 24 canvas in my office... I think it's just stunning.  These are absolutely some of my favorite bridal portraits of all time and I am so thrilled to finally share them... enjoy!

Meet Travis and Anna - one of the sweetest, kindest, most fun couples I have ever met! Seriously- I don't know how we weren't friends at Baylor. I am so looking forward to getting to know the two of them over the coming months before their wedding. We had a great time (or at least I did!) first in my neighborhood and then at the Bishops Art District. The light was sweet, the flowers were blooming and love was in the air - I couldn't ask for anything better!

Steven and Casee were married this weekend at the FABULOUS Marie Gabrielle Restaurant!   It is a beautiful garden venue right in the heart of Dallas -- complete with manicured gardens,  gorgeous modern architecture and old oak trees. Could a photographer ask for more? I think not.  Casee and Steven (as I said in their engagement post) are two very special people and I have known Steven's family for many years.  I am so thrilled for them as they start out on this wonderful life together (beginning in Antigua : )). This is one special blog post...Katie and Patrick were married yesterday at an INCREDIBLY beautiful ceremony at St. Patrick's, followed by a BEAUTIFUL reception at Texas Discovery Gardens in Fair Park (not exaggerating- the all caps are necessary).  The venue, the food, the band, the cake and the decorations complimented the bride and groom perfectly.  Thank you to the exceptionally hospitable and sweet families that made this past weekend a memorable time for all in attendance. It truly was my pleasure getting to photograph these priceless times.  Enjoy and know there are many more to come!
